How do I book?
Send a booking request through the site with your date and service. RIOS replies within 24 hours, Monday to Saturday, to confirm availability.
Is a deposit required?
Yes — a 30% non-refundable deposit secures your date, payable once RIOS has confirmed availability.
Do you travel?
Yes. Travel is free within 5 miles of base, then charged per mile. Destination bookings are considered on request.
How far in advance should I book?
Bridal is usually booked 6 to 18 months ahead. Occasion makeup, two to four weeks where possible.
How long does an appointment take?
Occasion makeup takes around an hour. Bridal is 90 minutes for the bride and 45 minutes per additional face.
What should I do before my appointment?
Arrive with a clean, moisturised face. Bring any products you particularly want used.
Do I need a patch test for lashes?
Yes. A patch test is required at least 48 hours before any first lash appointment.
What if I need to cancel?
14 days or more before the date, the balance is refunded and the deposit retained. Under 48 hours, the full amount is charged.
